Your Purpose

My kingdom is not based on waste, but on harvest.

Meditation Thought: “Therefore I say to you, the kingdom of God will be taken from you and given to a nation bearing the fruits of it.” (Matthew 21:43)

“‘Use it or lose it’: My kingdom is not based on waste, but on harvest. It is given, that it may be added to, passed on, shared. What you receive, you are to appreciate, cultivate and share. If you do not appreciate your gift enough to seek the purpose of it, it will be taken from you and given to one who will appreciate it and fulfill its purpose.

Heed My Word! I speak to you as a citizen of My kingdom and as a citizen of the United States. My creative and supportive powers are available to you and to all who believe in Me. Come, be loyal to Me, as I am loyal to you. Be gracious to Me, as I am gracious to you. Give me your power, as I give you My power. Give Me your love as I give you My love.

We shall weave ourselves together, making a tapestry to beautify the world, to give warmth where it is cold, to inspire and to teach truth. Trust Me, obey Me, and you shall rejoice with Me.”

Power Infusion

To push doubt out, take the Word in.

Meditation Thought: “…if you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you will tell this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.” (Matthew 17:20)

Push doubt out of yourself, and this creates a vacuum in which creative powers rush to do your bidding. To push doubt out, take the Word in – as the Word pushes doubt out, the creative powers flow in. If you know this is so, you have faith, and having faith, if you will act as if the creative processes have already accomplished your desire, your movement will make these powers move in tandem with your movement – much as a beloved little child takes hold of Daddy’s finger and moves Daddy to do her bidding. If Daddy is pleased with the direction the child is taking, he goes willingly and eagerly, and adds his strength and knowledge to that of the child to accomplish the child’s objective.

Thus, if you are moving in light of the Word, you are moving in the direction of the Father’s will. If you are moving in His will, you are also attached to His power, and if you ask for His assistance, He is pleased to give it to you.

Simplify

You cannot skip over fundamentals to jump to the higher planes. You will be lost, confused and discouraged. Trust Me.

Meditation Thought: “You know how to interpret the appearance of the sky, but you cannot interpret the signs of the times.” (Matthew 16:3)

“To learn to interpret the signs of the times – or to learn anything – you must recognize your present ignorance, and furthermore, desire to replace ignorance with knowledge. You must desire this to the point of acting. You must seek where the answers lie: the signs of the times are in My Word and My Spirit. My Spirit leads you to the Word, and My Word leads you to My Spirit. Both are necessary, for both are an integral part of every creation.

Sharpen every sense, physical, mental, spiritual, by concentrating on the development of the sense. ‘Decently and in order’ will aid you in coordination of your studies. Do not daydream about another subject as you are in the classroom, but focus on the subject you are to be learning at the moment. You have many talents and graces to be developed, and learning the signs of the times is included. You cannot skip over fundamentals to jump to the higher planes. You will be lost, confused and discouraged. Trust Me: I know your progress and your difficulties. Stop trying so hard. Relax, allow Me to place you in circumstances and to give you words to guide you. Stop reaching, and start receiving what is coming but you do not observe. Life is not a complicated as you try to make it. Simplify your life: trust Me to do the arranging of your study schedule and your work schedule and your ‘play’ schedule and your sharing schedule. Fret not any more about what is undone – but enjoy doing the activity of the moment, doing it as a sacrifice of praise to Me: for I will bless My people for faithfulness.”

Walk Miraculously

But the heart can accept it, for My Spirit is in the heart.

Meditation Thought: “And after he had dismissed the crowds, he went up on the mountain by himself to pray… And in the fourth watch of the night he came to them, walking on the sea.” (Matthew 14:23, 25)

‘Pray: walk – walk miraculously.’

This is a spiritual law. Learn it by mind, by emotions, by obedience. Apply it all of the time, everywhere. It is a universal law, unchanging. It is not written in the mind, but in the heart – the spirit. The mind cannot accept it, for self controls the mind. But the heart can accept it, for My Spirit is in the heart. By an act of your will, the directing of self, look first to your heart for My Spirit, who then directs your self to the proper place in your mind to accomplish My will in you and through you. This is the key to the act of using the spiritual law of “pray – walk miraculously.” It is a matter of the right sequence and right place for every thought, word and deed. Spirit, time, matter: all must be coordinated and harmonized to accomplish My will – which is what man terms ‘a miracle’.”

Harvest of Fruit

It is when the blessings are released that the harvest of fruit is realized that was within the seed of the Word, and nourished in your faith and obedience.

Meditation Thought: “As for what was sown on good soil, this is the one who hears the word and understands it. He indeed bears fruit and yields, in one case a hundredfold, in another sixty, and in another thirty.” (Matthew 13:23)

“When your mind is attuned to My Word, then your will is attuned to My will, and your faith reaches up to Me to release the blessings which are stored in My special place for you – just waiting for you to reach the stage of needing them, desiring that they come to you, and requesting them. It is when the blessings are released that the harvest of fruit is realized that was within the seed of the Word, and nourished in your faith and obedience.”

Superior Citizenship

Live each moment aware that later it will bring either peace or regret and there will be no changing of the consequences.

Meditation Thought: “Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.” (Matthew 5:10)

“Cling to righteousness. No matter who or what tries to pry you away from righteousness, no matter what the consequences of your ‘stubbornness’ in hanging on – persist. For your reward will be great: so great you cannot now fathom it. Those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake are those who insist upon retaining citizenship in the Kingdom when others are insisting upon them changing their allegiance to the world. But they do not know the joys of the Kingdom, the power of citizenship in the Kingdom. Only by holding your citizenship through ‘thick and thin’ can you demonstrate the value of it, and thus prove both to yourself and to others that this citizenship is superior in every way to citizenship in the world.

Listen to the language of the Kingdom as it is spoken to you through My Spirit; heed the advice, acting in faith and joyful confidence that the advice is for your benefit and for the benefit of the Kingdom. One day all will know the whole truth – but it is too late then to make choices. You must choose on the basis of information available to you – only hints of the whole – in order to allow you freedom to choose. No choice is involved if the total picture is laid out and there is no struggle to find the pieces of it.

Live each moment aware that later it will bring either peace or regret and there will be no changing of the consequences. Concentrate, think, be aware of your momentary action, for it could, though you recognize it not, change the course of your life as well as many other lives.

Start this moment an intense training program of using your abilities, talents, faith, words, actions and desires to develop every facet of yourself into an exemplary citizen of the Kingdom. If you are persecuted for your loyalty to righteousness, so shall you be rewarded for your status as an exemplary citizen of the Kingdom, loyal to all of its statutes.”

Stepping Out Anew

We all allow cloudiness of heart at times – but we can step out anew in faith and hope.

Meditation Thought: “Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.” (Matthew 5:8)

Those who are not aware that their spirit could see through a pure heart to God simply do not understand the thought-process and actions for those who are able to see into a place (God’s Kingdom) from which they have blocked off their view.

We all allow cloudiness of heart at times – but we can recognize it and then take action to clear out the impurities by repenting and seeking forgiveness and stepping out anew in faith and hope.

Mercy’s Boomerang

Mercy is the reflection of My grace; how you need My grace! How others need your mercy!

Meditation Thought: “Blessed are the merciful, for they shall receive mercy.” (Matthew 5:7)

“Boomerang”: As you think, as you act, remember the boomerang you are sending will return to you! All of My Word reinforces this concept: many words are used to teach this one truth, for it is the key to the laws of the Kingdom. Be merciful – despite your feelings of: hurt, chagrin, anger, betrayal, withdrawal. Every time you overcome your feelings which would decry mercy, you move along the path deeper into My Kingdom. The closer you are within the center of My Kingdom, the more protection you have from all that would harm you in the world.

Mercy is the reflection of My grace; how you need My grace! How others need your mercy! Overcome evil with good through mercy. Reflect upon the vast quantity of words devoted to the results of mercy – or the results of withholding mercy – in My Word which is to be your guide through life.

Mercy is the concrete evidence of My will worked in the world: Mercy is the opposite of devotion to self. “Mercy is the sign of devotion to Me.”

Open the Package

Do not look for evidence of truth in the world, for you will be deceived by half-truths and camouflaged truths.

Meditation Thought: ““Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.” (Matthew 4:17)

“The kingdom of heaven is ‘at hand’. This moment. Now! The kingdom is at hand now because ‘now’ is when you are made aware of the spiritual kingdom as a reality. Repent, and choose the kingdom now. If you push it aside, instead of entering in, you choose Satan – evil, rebellion to your Creator and My will – you choose the losing side.

Do not look for evidence of truth in the world, for you will be deceived by half-truths and camouflaged truths. You will think you hold treasure in your hands because it is so attractively wrapped – but the time will come when the wrappings will be removed, and the contents revealed.

The truths of the world are then revealed as snares, traps which you have chosen yourself as your gifts of life. You will be ensnared as you open your packages – caught in the despair of knowing you denied yourself the joys of fellowship with the One who created you in love and hope, and denied yourself the joy of eternal life with Him.

Look closely at the ‘packages’ of the moment – the choices. The Word describes the packages – both the wrappings and the true contents of the packages.

  • The wrapping appears:
  • Humbling
  • As a denial of pleasures others seek
  • As a restriction of your own will
  • As actions making you appear foolish

  • But the content is:
  • Joy in Service
  • The peace of righteousness
  • The exhilaration of God’s will
  • Transformed lives

And so, at each point of your life, you choose from the packages available to you. If you are ignorant of the fact that the wrappings are key-coded to the contents, you are likely to choose grief for yourself. But, if you heed the call of My Creative Spirit to your own spirit, then you can hear the instructions of how to ‘break the code’ and choose the fullness of life which is placed before you – the fullness which I long for you to choose, but which I will not force you to choose.”

In the Face of Adversity

Remember the goal of dealing with each situation in a way which will bring the Father’s approval.

Meditation Thought: “And when Jesus was baptized, immediately he went up from the water, and behold, the heavens were opened to him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and coming to rest on him; and behold, a voice from heaven said, “This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased.” (Matthew 3:16-17)

“This is My beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased.” Think on this: look to this thought and goal – when trials come, when temptations come, when irritations come – remember the goal of dealing with each situation in a way which will bring the Father’s approval, as He gave His approval to His Son who obeyed and was righteous.

Prayer: Father, enable me to accomplish what I seek: the overcoming of pride, of laziness, of fear, of selfishness in the face of adversity, so that I may allow Your Spirit to direct me in thinking, saying and doing what Jesus Christ would do if placed where I am. In His Precious Name, Amen.
