A Position of Wisdom

When we recognize that we are far better off with He who is infinitely better qualified directing our lives than we would be to direct them ourselves, we have moved from the position of foolishness to that of wisdom.

Meditation Thought: “I know that everything God does will endure forever; nothing can be added to it and nothing taken from it.” (Ecclesiastes 3:14)

It is to God’s delight, and to our own self-interest, to perceive the truth of the fact that God is the ruler of the Kingdom, and though as a citizen we have numerous privileges and rights, we do not have a right to replace Him as ruler at any place at any time. When we recognize that we are far better off with He who is infinitely better qualified directing our lives than we would be to direct them ourselves, we have moved from the position of foolishness to that of wisdom.

It is this position of wisdom (yielded to God’s direction) that was created for us, and is always available to us, if we are preceptive enough to seek it. The true value of it, however, is not seen until we have sought it, have not only recognized that it is the position we should seek, but have fought every obstacle which would keep us from it, including our own inner freedom of choice.

Heavenly Physics

By this rope can I make a little movement in heaven, and swing you in great arcs to My work on earth. Only if you have firm hold of your end of the rope will this maneuver work!

Meditation Thought: “To the person who pleases him, God gives wisdom, knowledge and joy.” (Ecclesiastes 2:26)

A message perceived from God the Father:
There is a connecting rope being woven between us that grows stronger with each strand that is added: each word of praise, each obedient act, each loving ministry, each trusting thought takes a strand from My storehouse of spiritual building materials and weaves it into the rope.

By this rope can I make a little movement in heaven, and swing you in great arcs to My work on earth. Only if you have firm hold of your end of the rope will this maneuver work! If you take your hands off, and are distracted into using your hands in pursuits Satan would tempt you to, the rope dangles uselessly. You must keep your mind occupied with My Word, your eyes occupied with My will, your hands occupied with My works. Your hands can cling to the rope that binds us and at the same time hand it to others to be used to rescue them from the snare of the enemy. Thus is My Will done on earth as it is in heaven.

Healing the Body

Though we can learn from others who have gone before us, we must play our role alone. We must make the effort to learn what we need to know, to do what must be done, to endure what must be endured.

Meditation Thought: “An excellent wife who can find?
    She is far more precious than jewels.
11 The heart of her husband trusts in her,
    and he will have no lack of gain.
12 She does him good, and not harm,
    all the days of her life. (Proverbs 31:10-12)

“Bone of my bone, flesh of my flesh” (see Genesis 2:23), why do we not have perfect health? The grafts to not always “take” the first time – the moving of one part of the body to heal the injury of another part (i.e. the Body of Christ; see Romans 12) . We must, when sin diseases the Body, each do our particular job required to work together to repair the ravages of the sin.

At one time we are the patient and must patiently endure the operation;
At another time we are the doctor, actually moving and causing change in some area:
At another time we are the nurse, caring for the patient;
Again, we may be the friend who ministers with our support and love and encouragement;
Perhaps we are a relative, feeling the pain deeply, but unable to stop it from happening, for the pain is part of the cure.

And so the process goes on, age after age, and though we can learn from others who have gone before us, we must play our role alone. If we are to be competent in promoting healing, we must make the effort to learn what we need to know, to do what must be done, to endure what must be endured.

And the strength and courage to continue on lies in the faith that the healing is possible because there walked on earth One who was in perfect health, without the disease of sin, and He promised that if we believe in Him we shall do the works that He did (see John 14:12).

What He did in his physical manifestation on earth, He does today through the new Body which was transplanted as the old body was crucified on the cross. The new Body is not free from disease, but in the healing of the disease that invades it, the Father is glorified.

Road Signs for You

You must move yourself from sign to sign, from Word to Word as the Spirit reveals the meaning to you.

Meditation Thought: “Every word of God proves true; he is a shield to those who take refuge in him.” (Proverbs 30:5)

“Pray for My Spirit to illuminate the signs that are along the highways of the world, that you might come swiftly and surely to the palace of the Kingdom. The Words have been placed before you, and you see some of them clearly, some only dimly, as at a distance. The Spirit will bring more Words into focus, guiding you along the proper roads to do My Works which I have arranged for you to do, that you and others may rejoice in the fulness of My love, and see My glory. You must move yourself from sign to sign, from Word to Word as the Spirit reveals the meaning to you.

Life Construction

Every day you choose a stone, and you select a place to use it. It is difficult, once the stone is placed, to go back later to correct an improper placement. Therefore, keep the power of the Spirit operating constantly in order to place each stone where it will enhance the completed building of your life.

Meditation Thought: “Jesus is ‘the stone you builders rejected,
    which has become the cornerstone.'” (Acts 4:11)

Just as a builder chooses a stone and its placement in the building being constructed, so we, too, choose the ‘stones’ (decisions, choices, relationships, etc.) we use to build our lives.

“If you will yield your will to Me, I will inspire in your mind and in your heart the knowledge of the Spirit concerning the worldly. The stones you view through only your human eyes will never appear as they truly are, and therefore you will misuse them. It is only when you, through obedience to Me in seeking My will, are enlightened by the x-ray power of the Spirit to know that is inside of the stones, that you can place each stone in its proper place and proper perspective in the building of your life.

Every day you choose a stone, and you select a place to use it. It is difficult, once the stone is placed, to go back later to correct an improper placement. Therefore, keep the power of the Spirit operating constantly in order to place each stone where it will enhance the completed building of your life. The tools of the Kingdom are available for your asking, but if you insist on using the inferior tools of your human judgment and will, they will do you no good.

Do not judge your construction in progress by others’ buildings for each building for each building has a unique function to serve only the requirements of the one who builds it.

Each ideally would be a beautiful monument to the Father, but only by the yielding of free will is this possible. You can yield, you want to yield, and I will help you to yield: consult the plans for your life-building as contained in My Word before you choose a stone. Then pray for the penetration of the Spirit to reveal the particular characteristics of that stone. Observe the circumstances in your life to determine the placement of the stone. Give thanks to Me that it is in place and trust that, whether it appears right to you, that it will be right when your building is complete.”

An Avalanche of Love, Mercy & Blessing

I do not raise My hand to strike, but to bless.

Meditation Thought: “…what I do have I give to you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk!” (Acts 3:6)

We ask for what we think is possible – and God gives us the “impossible” gift that we desire from the depth of our souls. Praise His Holy Name!

Message perceived as from the Father:

“I have the joys and the riches of love, mercy and blessing ready to pour out in an avalanche to My people: My dear children who know Me and My dear children who do not yet know that they are Mine.

You – yes, you, as My obedient child, must release the plug that is holding back this avalanche. You must chip away at this plug of evil embraced, willfulness pursued, My commandments ignored – you are guilty of these acts, but you know how to expiate your guilt through confession and a plea for forgiveness. Practice this more diligently, and teach those who are ignorant.

The more surely you follow the path of your Savior, the more surely you learn all that He knows: the more completely you will be obedient to Me, and the more quickly My avalanche of love, mercy and blessing may be released. Tarry not, for the time is short to do My work, and My beloved children must be brought to the realization that they are Mine, and being Mine, they are free from sin, and the pain of sin.

I do not raise My hand to strike, but to bless, and they must come to know this truth to replace Satan’s lie. Thus all can come confidently within the reach of My hand, seeking love, unafraid of reproof. For all who confess on Jesus’ Name come to Me as pure, as obedient, and as pleasing to Me as My Son himself.”

Wow!

To be Successful: Follow

Without truth you will live in fear.

Meditation Thought:  “Follow me.” (John 21:19)

Message perceived as coming from Jesus:

“I came that you might have hope and not despair. Look up from the disappointment, the hurt, the confusion, to see My loving Presence to take you with Me to the revelation of the Father’s goodness and mercy. No person can stand alone, for people were created for fellowship with their Father and their brothers and sisters. Only through the exercise of interaction with all of the family can each person grow into the pure image of the Father. For the Father reveals through the Spirit, and the Spirit reveals through believers, and believers receive the power of the Spirit by following Me.

If you do not follow Me, I cannot reveal the truth to you. Without truth you will live in fear, with truth you live in the power of the Living Spirit to overcome fear. I am the Way, the Truth and the Life, and death has no power over Me nor over those who follow Me. To Mine is the resurrection and the hope, for the death of the body is the birth of the beauty of the spirit: the spirit released from the sins, the doubts, and the guilts which the body bound around it.

Follow Me – not at a distance, but taking My hand, that you may feel Me surely, guiding every step, to bring you surely and quickly to the joy of the Father’s glory shining over you.

Follow Me to your rightful home, for only I know the way: let us move together as one in purpose, eager to take each step in harmony and love knowing that the Father awaits our arrival with open arms and open heart.”

Insider Information

The Word in your mind, the love in your heart, and the Presence in your soul will carry you through the world on wings of peace and joy.

Meditation Thought: “For these things took place that the Scripture might be fulfilled” (John 19:36)

“The Word precedes the deed, and the spiritual shall evolve into the physical. Look to the realm of the spirit through the ingesting of the Word of Life that you may be blessed by being in harmony with the creation of the physical from the spiritual – you will have ‘insider information’.

It is the duty of my children to learn the laws of the land in order that they may obey them, and thus be protected by them rather than imprisoned by them. The law in your mind, the love in your heart, and the Presence in your soul will carry you through the world on wings of peace and joy.”

Power Source

“Can you work miracles in the physical? Can you understand mysteries? Can you provide all resources you need, regardless of circumstances? Can you overcome ego, greed, desire to free yourself to love wholly? If you cannot do all of these works in your own strength, then may I do them with Mine?”

Meditation Thought:  “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” (2 Corinthians 12:9)

“If you cannot stand alone, then it is obvious that something outside of you holds you erect. Delight that this is so, for My upholding strength shall be of far more value to you than you relying on your own strength.

Your adversity is turned into opportunity,
Your mistakes into healing ministries,
Your frustrations into peace,
Your guilt into righteousness,
Your inadequacies into works,
And all of your weaknesses into My glory.

Out of humility shall you call upon Me – and in love do I rescue you, bless you, help you. I shall not force Myself upon your claims – therefore, whatever you claim for yourself is what you will manage by yourself – but whatever you yield up to be consecrated, devoted, dedicated to Me, and used by Me, shall be under My jurisdiction and My influence, and my direction. What area is better handled you yourself? Physical? Spiritual? Financial? Relationships?

Do you understand? By choosing to trust every area of your life to Me, you ‘modernize’, you ‘improve’, you are dealing with the ‘new and improved’: the new creature in Christ, and, the workings of the Holy Spirit.

Can you work miracles in the physical? Can you understand mysteries? Can you provide all resources you need, regardless of circumstances? Can you overcome ego, greed, desire to free yourself to love wholly? If you cannot do all of these works in your own strength, then may I do them with Mine?”

The Lord’s Prayer

You have touched me, softened me – yet strengthened me.

Meditation Thought: “In this manner, therefore, pray: Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven.” (Matthew 6:9-10)

My Prayer: My Father, who art in heaven – and in me – and in my family, my neighbor, and my enemy – enable me to perceive Thy will, obey Thy will, and rejoice in obeying it to the point of being numbed to all pain that once could have kept me from having the courage to do it – for my life now has meaning only through you. You have touched me, softened me – yet strengthened me, when I can do Your will, I know that You re-shape me into whatever you need at that given moment, at that given time, and that given place to be the perfect expression of Your ministering, healing Love. And so I pray – earnestly, by as act of my will – that Your will be done in my life here on earth and in heaven too. In Jesus Precious Name, I pray. Amen.
