Meditation Thought: “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God. (Matthew 5:9)
Love begets peace, love is born of God. Therefore as love creates peace where there was not peace, it is God’s love passed on to the peacemaker which makes them the child of God, as the child of God gives that love on to others.
God gives an inheritance of love to the person who accepts that inheritance; as that person in turn gives love as their bequest to their fellowmen, and they accept it, peace reigns. The peacemaker is automatically recognized as God’s child, for God’s “family crest” is love – and where there is love, the love puts the loving one in the position of being recognized as having descended from the house of “God”.
